The most common cause is an incorrect birth time. Even a few minutes can shift the Ascendant. Try entering the exact time from your birth certificate. If the issue persists, contact us.
For the most accurate chart, yes. If you don't know it, we can still generate a chart based on your date and place of birth — the Moon sign and planetary positions will still be accurate.
Birth Chart readings are 45 minutes, Compatibility readings are 60 minutes, and Vaastu consultations vary between 60-120 minutes depending on the type.
Yes. All birth details are encrypted using AES-256-GCM encryption at rest. We never share your personal data with third parties.
